Recently, our production workshop has successfully completed the manufacturing of key customized equipment as scheduled. All raw materials undergo strict incoming inspection to guarantee stable performance and outstanding durability.
All structural parts are processed by means of CNC precision cutting, mechanical precision rolling and integral forming technology. This ensures consistent dimensional accuracy of components, tight and seamless fitting between parts, as well as robust and stable overall structural strength of the equipment. Automatic welding combined with high-precision argon arc welding is applied to all critical pressure-bearing welds and sealing joints. Full welding is performed on cylinder butt seams, pipeline connections, flange sealing faces and welding points of heat exchange tube bundles. The finished welds are uniform, full and smooth, free from pores, slag inclusions, cracks and other defects.
This practice fundamentally eliminates potential faults such as medium leakage, pressure drop and heat transfer degradation during long-term operation. The whole equipment adopts multiple rust and oxidation removal processes as well as thickened anti-corrosion spraying treatment, significantly improving its surface wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance. It can fully adapt to various harsh and complex industrial working conditions including high salinity, acid-base corrosion, humidity and dust, greatly enhancing the equipment’s environmental adaptability and service life.
