Early in the morning, the customer delegation arrived at the factory of Jiangsu Zongheng. The company’s management extended a warm welcome to the guests and briefly introduced the inspection schedule. In the enterprise exhibition hall, the instructor reviewed the company’s 30-plus-year development history, core technology iterations, patented R&D achievements and domestic and foreign benchmark project cases in chronological order.
The display covered equipment upgrades from traditional single-effect concentrators to mainstream energy-saving MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporators, low-temperature continuous dryers and integrated DDGS dehydration and drying production lines. It fully demonstrated the company’s technological breakthroughs in four key fields: energy saving and consumption reduction, low-temperature material protection, zero wastewater discharge and intelligent automatic control.
Focusing on the customers’ key concerns including distillers’ grains treatment and high-salinity wastewater concentration, the exhibition displayed 3D equipment models, on-site operation videos and practical project documents. Technical engineers elaborated on core advantages such as energy consumption comparison, moisture content control, automatic operation and maintenance, and anti-corrosion material selection. The delegation watched carefully and raised professional questions about equipment operating parameters, energy-saving renovation potential and material adaptation solutions. Our technical team provided detailed, practical and targeted technical replies one by one.
After the exhibition hall visit, the delegation put on safety protective equipment and conducted an on-site inspection of the standardized production workshop. The workshop is divided into four functional areas: sheet metal processing, pressure vessel welding, precision assembly, and pressure testing. Fully equipped with numerical cutting, automatic bending, full-automatic submerged arc welding and non-destructive testing equipment, all production procedures are implemented in strict accordance with special equipment manufacturing standards.
The delegation inspected the whole processing procedure of core components, including stainless steel heat-exchange cylinders, evaporator tube bundles, main dryer frames and screw conveying assemblies. The guests closely observed the anti-corrosion welding technology of 304/316L stainless steel, high-precision polishing treatment and non-destructive quality inspection processes. The customer’s technical supervisor focused on verifying pressure vessel welding standards, plate thickness control and sealing structure design, and highly affirmed the standardized workshop management, traceable full-process quality control system and refined processing technology.
In the finished product assembly and test area, multiple medium and small-sized concentrating and drying equipment pending delivery were under simulated operating tests. Engineers debugged the frequency conversion control system on site and demonstrated the automatic operation process of constant-temperature low concentration and gradient dehydration drying, intuitively presenting the equipment’s outstanding advantages of stable operation, simple operation and low energy consumption.
Targeting the customer’s processing difficulties with high-viscosity fermentation liquid and high-moisture distillers’ grains, our technical team compared the operating data of traditional equipment with our new-generation energy-saving equipment. The results show that steam consumption is reduced by more than 30%, the finished product moisture content is more stable, and the overall automation level is greatly improved.
At the end of the factory tour, both sides moved to the multi-functional meeting room for an in-depth special exchange meeting. At the meeting, our Technical Director presented a complete customized complete-set equipment solution tailored to the working conditions of the customer’s plant via PPT. The solution was elaborated from six major dimensions: process route design, equipment model selection, floor space planning, energy consumption calculation, after-sales operation & maintenance support and delivery cycle. Meanwhile, a number of mature production line cases from the same industry were shared to verify the feasibility and stability of the solution.
Combined with their plans for existing production line renovation and capacity expansion of new plants in the future, the customer delegation frankly raised multiple practical production challenges, including crystal blockage during concentration of high-salinity fermentation waste liquid, inconsistent quality of dried distillers’ grains, excessive energy consumption of outdated equipment, and upgrading of centralized automatic plant control system.
Technical experts from both sides held face-to-face discussions. We optimized detailed equipment designs targeting each production pain point and finalized customized adjustment schemes. It was confirmed that heat exchange structures can be adjusted, anti-clogging cleaning modules can be added, and remote intelligent monitoring systems can be equipped according to the customer’s on-site working conditions, so as to best match their actual production demands.
During the business negotiation session, both parties conducted full consultations on commercial terms including quotation for complete equipment sets, phased delivery schedule, on-site installation and commissioning, lifelong technical training, spare parts supply, as well as preferential policies for long-term strategic cooperation.
