The new generation high-efficiency screw squeezer, independently developed, iterated and fully upgraded by the company, has successfully passed standardized performance tests under all working conditions including precision complete machine assembly, no-load commissioning and material-carrying trial operation, with all core indicators meeting standards, and has officially rolled off the production line in batches.
This batch of brand-new squeezing equipment has undergone strict factory inspection and process verification. Compared with traditional models, it achieves all-round upgrades in operational stability, dewatering precision and energy efficiency. The core extrusion component adopts an integrally formed 304 stainless steel screw. Compared with ordinary welded screws, it delivers superior overall structural strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing deformation and abrasion during long-term high-pressure extrusion and greatly extending the service life of the machine.
Drawing on years of experience in solid waste dewatering treatment, the R&D team precisely reoptimized the screw pitch compression ratio and wedge screen structure to build a gradient pressurized dewatering system, enabling more sufficient and even extrusion and dewatering of materials. Meanwhile, the machine is equipped with an all-new intelligent variable-frequency pressure control system, which automatically adjusts extrusion rotation speed and pressure according to material moisture, feeding volume and material type to realize intelligent and precise dewatering. Multiple key performances have achieved breakthrough improvements, making the machine perfectly suitable for dewatering and processing all types of soft waste materials.
After multiple on-site batch working condition tests, the new-generation screw squeezer delivers excellent dewatering performance for commonly recycled materials such as PE agricultural films, PP woven bags and waste chemical fiber fabrics. The final material moisture content can be stably maintained within a high-quality range of 12%–18%, fully meeting the high-standard production requirements for plastic granulation and recycling processing.
Compared with traditional models, the equipment improves overall dewatering efficiency by 25% and reduces power consumption per unit material by 16%, achieving remarkable energy-saving and cost-reducing effects in large-scale production. The newly optimized anti-blocking feeding structure effectively solves the winding and blocking problems of thin and light materials, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation without jamming, blocking or material residue.
Adopting a scientific modular structure, the machine is convenient to disassemble, clean, inspect and maintain, greatly shortening downtime and improving overall production efficiency. It is perfectly adaptable to conventional production of small and medium-sized recycling plants as well as fully automated large-scale washing lines, covering all-scale renewable resource production scenarios.

Key shafts, pressure-bearing parts and core extrusion components are all processed by CNC precision machining, delivering higher dimensional accuracy, better fitting tolerance and superior operational stability.
Every unit undergoes rigorous high-standard quality inspection, including a 72-hour full-load continuous running test.
