Jiangsu Zongheng Underway Delivery of Single Screw Presses for Daqing Amino Acid Project

This is a large integrated circular economy project in Northeast China’s fermentation sector. The overall construction scale reaches 450,000 tons of amino acid related products. It is planned to build a 200,000-ton feed-grade threonine production line and a 250,000-ton food-grade monosodium glutamate production line. Besides the core fermentation workshops, the project is also equipped with a supporting 100,000-ton corn deep processing production line and complete environmental protection treatment systems.
From raw corn pretreatment, microbial fermentation, separation of fermentation liquid, residue dehydration to waste water treatment and by-product recycling, every production link puts forward strict requirements on solid-liquid separation equipment.
